Delivery of Service

All event registration services are digital, confirmed and delivered instantly with delivery confirmation via registered SMS and Email, Any physical items sold is also confirmed via email and sms and will be delivered within 7 working days, customer will have option to COD or pay digitally.

Event registration refund policy depends on the event organizers terms and condition, please read carefully the event description before registering for an event. We will refund following the event terms & condition within 15-30 business days but sometimes it will take up to 60 days to clear your fund.

Debit Card or Credit CardIf the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by TAS, please contact your personal bank.
bKash / Rocket Mobile WalletSimilar to bank deposit, the amount will be refunded to the same mobile account details which you inserted at the time of payment.
