আমাদের রেকর্ডের কন্সেপ্ট হচ্ছে-
২০ই মে ২০২৪ ইং তারিখে ২৫ই মে ২০২৪ ৬দিনের মধ্যে ৩০ কিলোমিটার সর্বোচ্চ ০৩ ওয়ার্কআউট এর মধ্যে সাইক্লিং করতে হবে। এবং ১৫কিলোমিটার ০১ ওয়ার্কআউট এর মধ্যে সাইকেলিং করতে হবে।

*”তাপদাহের কথা মাথায় রেখে ওয়ার্কআউটের নির্ধারিত কোন সময় নেই। সবাই গরমের মধ্যে কাকডাকা ভোরে অথবা শেষ বিকালে ধীরে আস্তে শেষ করবেন। অবশ্যই হাইড্রেশন কিট সাথে রাখবেন। “*

যে কোন মোবাইল এপ্লিকেশন বা জিপিএস ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করে সম্পূর্ণ ওয়ার্কআউটটির তথ্য সংরক্ষন করতে হবে । তবে আমাদের পরামর্শ থাকবে স্ট্রাভা এপস ব্যবহার করার জন্য, বা অন্য যে কোন এপ্লিকেশন বা ডিভাইসে ওয়ার্কআউট গ্রহন শেষ করে ওয়ার্কআউটটি স্ট্রাভাতে সংযুক্ত করতে পারেন। রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করার পর বিব নাম্বার দেওয়া হবে সবাইকে। বিব নাম্বারটিতেই থাকবে আপনার প্রদানকরা সকল তথ্য। বিব নাম্বার দিয়ে আপনার ওয়ার্কআউটটি আমাদের সাবমিট করতে হবে। ওয়ার্কআউটটি প্রাইভেসি অবশ্যই পাবলিকরাখতে হবে। ফ্যামিলি সাইক্লিস্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ সবার ওয়ার্কআউট পর্যালোচনা করবে দীর্ঘ সময় নিয়ে। পর্যালোচনা শেষ হবার পর রেকর্ডটি হয়েছে কিনা এ ব্যাপারে ঘোষণা দেয়া হবে।

** নিয়মাবলী **

👉১. ওয়ার্কআউটটি অবশ্যই ২০ই মে হইতে ২৬ মে এরমধ্যে রেকর্ড হতে হবে।
👉২. কেবল মাত্র ৩টি ওয়ার্কআউটে এই ৩০ কিলোমিটার চ্যালেঞ্জটি সাইক্লিং করে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
১৫ কিলোমিটার ১টি ওয়ার্কআউটে মধ্যে শেষ করতে হবে।

👉৩. প্রোফাইল প্রাইভেসি অবশ্যই পাবলিক রাখতে হবে। (আমাদের স্টার্ভা ক্লাবে জয়েন থাকলে ট্রাকিং সুন্দর হবে, তাই জয়েন থাকা জরুরী)
👉৪. রেকর্ড কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত ওয়ার্কআউট প্রাইভেসি কেউ চেঞ্জ করতে পারবে না।
👉৫. রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত সকলকে একটি ইউনিক BIB নাম্বার প্রদান করা হবে। ওয়ার্কআউট সাবমিট করার সময় BIB নাম্বারটি দিয়ে সাবমিট করতে হবে।
👉৬.রেকর্ডকৃত ওয়ার্কআউটটি একটি নির্ধারিত গুগল ফর্মে সাবমিট করতে হবে।
👉৭. মোটর চালিত কোন কিছু ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
👉৮. ড্রাফটিং করা যাবে না।
👉৯. কোন ম্যানুয়াল এন্ট্রি গ্রহণযোগ্য হয়।
👉১০. কোন অসাধু উপায় অবলম্বন করলে ওয়ার্কআউটি বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।

Family Cyclist Virtual Challenge 2024 , Wishing you all spontaneous participation.

We have kept 2 categories of registration.
Workout – Distance 30 km. “
Workout – Distance 15 km. “

The concept of our record is-
20th May 2024 to 25th May 2024 cycling within 6 days of 30 km maximum 03 workouts. And 15km cycling between 01 workouts.

“There is no set workout time with over heat atmosphere in mind. Everyone should start early in the morning or late in the afternoon during the summer. Be sure to carry a hydration kit.”

Record the entire workout using any mobile application or GPS device. However, we recommend using the Strava app , or any other app or device that allows you to connect the workout to Strava after completing a workout. Bib number will be given to everyone after registration. The bib number will contain all the information provided by you. Submit your workout to us with bib number. Workout privacy must be set to public. The Family Cyclist Authority will review everyone’s workouts over a long period of time. An announcement will be made as to whether the record has been made after the review is complete. All countries of the world can participate.

** Rules **

👉 1. The workout must be recorded between May 20th and May 26th.
👉 2 . only only 3 in the workout this 30 kilometers The challenge cycling by doing completed to do will be
15 km to be completed in 1 workout.

👉3 . Profile privacy must be kept public. (Trucking benefits if you join Starva Club)
👉4 . No one can change the workout privacy until the record is confirmed.
👉 5. All registrants will be assigned a unique BIB number. BIB number should be submitted while submitting the workout .
👉 6. The recorded workout must be submitted on a prescribed google form.
👉 7. Nothing motorized may be used.
👉 8. No drifting behind any vehicle will be allowed.
9 . No manual entry is acceptable.
👉 10. Any unfair means will result in voiding the workout.
